1. Cost delivery
Price of delivery within Croatia is free, and outside of Croatia and within the EU it costs a minimum of €9.00. The exact price will be clearly marked on your order and before the payment. The goods are delivered with no charges if delivered to our branch in Zagreb.
Price delivery outside the EU is on demand, please contact us.
2. Terms and terms of payment, terms of delivery of goods, time of delivery of goods
Delivery to the home address will follow within 2-5 working days within Croatia and 5-10 days within the EU and after the goods, i.e seasonal honey, is ready for delivery . Delivery to the branch will be made within 1-3 working days. In case the customer picks up the goods at the branch, he will be informed by e-mail about the earliest time to pick up his order.
If it becomes impossible to deliver the selected product, the Seller is obliged to inform the Buyer immediately, and the Buyer has the right to terminate the contract and request a refund or agree to a later delivery date.
Delivery to the home address is carried out in accordance with the terms of use of the delivery service.
