Today, we’re excited to share an original OPRASHI recipe that’s not only delicious but also a powerhouse when it comes to boosting your immune system! It’s a honey-based bland that will warm your soul and strengthen your defences. Let’s dive in!
THE IMMUNE-BOOSTING HONEY ELIXIR
Ingredients:
– 350g of honey 🍯
– 1 teaspoon of turmeric 🌿
– 1 teaspoon of cinnamon 🌰
– A pinch of black pepper 🌶️
– 1/2 teaspoon of cayenne pepper 🌶️
– 3 drops of clove essence oil 🌱
Instructions:
1. Mix honey, turmeric, cinnamon, black pepper, cayenne pepper, and clove essence in a bowl or honey jar until well blended. You can use a regular fork or chop-sticks.
2. Store it in a cool and dark place.
3. Take one teaspoon 1-3 times daily. You can mix it into warm water or tea but wait till it cools down to 40 degree Celsius!
